1. No Refund Policy
By engaging in a working relationship with me, you acknowledge and accept our no refund policy. This policy is in effect once you agree to commission my services. Under this policy, you waive all rights to request or receive a refund unless I expressly agree to it or decide to pass/quit the commission.
2. Revisions/Changes
Should you request revisions/changes to the work delivered, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests.
(2 free revisions) Please note that changes deemed significant by me may result in an additional fee, which you will be informed of.
3. Payment & Design Release
Design Access - Templates will be provided upon full payment only.
Payment Delay - After 3 days, a 50% penalty fee applies.
Penalty Consequence - Unpaid fees lead to design auction and creation of support ticket on the premise of scamming.
4. Extra details
Designs will be displayed on my portfolio.
a review will be asked where it'll be posted here (optional, I won't force)
5. Commercial details
If the designs are used for commercial purposes (game or groups), you'll have to disclose it to me & I'll add a commercial fee 50% to the price. If found to be using my designs for commercial use without my permission, you will be reported, DMCA & the design will be auctioned off.
